Are you engaged but overwhelmed with the cost and the details that go into planning a gorgeous wedding that looks like it jumped off the pages of a bridal magazine? Some of Indianapolis' best wedding vendors want to gift you with a FREE styled Micro Wedding! If you feel like you fit the criteria below, you can enter to win one of the following themes that the public will vote on. The public will also be voting via Facebook to select the winner from the three finalists based on their love story!  

What is a Micro Wedding? A Micro Wedding is an abbreviated celebration of marriage with only a handful of guests, is shorter in duration and is more simple in format, relaxed in atmosphere and less stress to organize than a traditional wedding. For this contest you can have up to 8 guests plus the couple.

What you win: Win a beautiful styled wedding with: Photography from Conforti Photography, wedding coordination from Plum & Poppy Weddings, florals from Accent Floral Design, hair & makeup from Something Blue Stylists, invitations and paper products from Jupiter & Juno, rental from A Classic Party Rental, officiate services from Any Style Wedding Officiant, dessert from Classic Cakes, videography from Vibe Videography, venue from BASH, and music from The Deoc Ensemble. A total value of over $10,000. 

Criteria to enter: Must be willing to get married on a Sunday in August of 2019 in the Indianapolis area. You must be okay with only inviting 8 guests. You must provide your own attire for the day. The wedding will be one of the three themes pictured and the public will vote for the winner. The vendors will select 3 finalists and the public will vote on the winner with the best love story. Carmel, Indiana Private Estate Wedding Planner

Laura & Sam had the most gorgeous private estate wedding! On 40+ acres with a stunning pond in Carmel, IN. A big white tent sat at the bottom of a hill just behind the home on the property. Milktooth Indianapolis Wedding: Wedding Coordination

Gaby and Jack had planned to get married in the Fall of 2018. They had a little early surprise of baby Charlie so we moved up their wedding date, changed the venue, guest count, and it made for the perfect day! Gaby + Jack decided to go from a big backyard wedding to a small, intimate wedding with their closest family and friends at Milktooth in downtown Indianapolis.

Gaby is a wonderful local wedding photographer (Gabrielle Cheikh Photography) so we were honored when she enlisted our help to plan and coordinate her wedding to Jack (who we oddly enough went to high school with, small world!). Gaby is Lebanese so we incorporated lots of her family traditions through the amazing food on wedding day. From hummus to baklava, it was all amazing and spicy! The Hilltop at Oakwood Resort on Lake Wawasee Wedding: Full Service Wedding Planner

Kirstin and her mom were clients I was so sad to see go! We had the best time planning things down to the tiniest detail (see the intricate cookie favors with matching water bottles at the ceremony that match the menu, program, and invitation)! Kiristin lived in Indiana part of the time while we planned their Lake Wawasee wedding which is about 2.5 hours away from Indianapolis. She moved with her man in uniform to California so we had a mix of planning locally and far away for a destination wedding. Good communication is the key to planning a wedding when you don’t live locally and Kirstin and her mom were a dream!

It was a beautiful and FUN day full of big smiles (can you tell by how smiley Kirstin is in all these gorgeous pictures?!), happy tears, champagne, and lots of dancing!
